Moscenicka Draga is surrounded by beautiful climbing paths and routes. Recommended for climbers are the rock “Canyon” and the climbing patch at the cave “Zijavica” near Obrs. Amongst experienced climbers the peak of the mountain range Ucka is also very popular and offers one of the most stunning and breathtaking panoramic views which reaches over 200km – definitely something not to be missed!

Along Istria’s fabulous east coast, the area between Rijeka and Pula, you will find the Villa Iris. Surrounded by untouched nature and the sound of the rushing sea, there are wonderful cycling and mountain biking trails – perfect to satisfy your thirst for adventurous trips!

Eight official bike routes lead through the nature reserve park around the Ucka mountain rage. Especially offroad and mountain bikers can challenge themselves on the various routes embedded in the idyllic scenery of the nature park Ucka which encompasses an area of 160 km2.

A recommended tour is the bike route of 27km on the Ucka mountain range to enjoy the stunning view of the Kvarner Bay. Starting Oraj and heading over the Ucka tunnel to the summit Grnjac. The route runs through shady pine forests and the beautiful village “Mala Ucka” up to the mountain pass “Poklon”.

Diving tourists or visitors who want to learn to dive will love the area around Villa Iris. In addition to services such as diving lessons and rental facilities, four available diving centers also offer dives to numerous hotspots in the area. Shipwrecks such as “Lina”, “Vis” and “TA 36″ (torpedo destroyers from the 2nd World War) and Peltatis” can be found in the Kvarner area.
